Stepping in May, summer isn’t far away and we know what that means. Glass upon glass of refreshers guzzled down to keep us from dehydration. But you know what sucks, to have to clean the leftover hard sugary stain off your new beautiful table spread. This disaster can of course be avoided with coasters, and we here don’t do it with boring ones. We get to make laser-cut coasters in bright summer colors.
Again, I blame Pinterest for constantly promoting laser-cut metal coasters to me every other day until I finally give in. Since, you and I are no metal castors ( if you are one, happy casting ) here we will recreate them metal coasters with my faithful friend of all time, air-dry clay The geometric cut that you see is made with a clay cutter set, that I had begun to regret purchasing in the very first place ( I felt so dumb to have picked a supposed kids play set perhaps, but now no more ) With geometry in all its glory, these coasters are must-have for a bright modern home. Keep the colors pastel and mute to fit your Scandinavian style if you may.
